How do I reset my account?
Open the Profile tab, tap "Delete account" twice to confirm. This permanently removes your inventory, offers, messages, and ratings. We can't bring deleted accounts back.
My AI scan got the wrong brand / edition / color.
AI scans are drafts — they can be wrong, especially on rare editions or worn labels. Every scan opens in an editable form before it's saved. Fix the fields and tap Save. If you're consistently seeing bad results in a category, email us with a few example photos and we'll tune the model prompts.
I bought a Scan Pack but my balance didn't update.
The credit comes through Apple's IAP webhook and usually takes 1–5 seconds. If you don't see it after a minute, force-quit the app and reopen. Still missing? Email us with your Apple ID transaction receipt and we'll fix it manually.
How do I cancel my HoardX Premium subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → HoardX Vault → Cancel. Premium stays active through the end of the current billing period.
The other party isn't shipping my purchase.
HoardX holds payment in escrow until you confirm delivery or 7 days pass. If the seller hasn't shipped within 7 days, open the offer thread and tap "Open dispute." We review disputes within 5 business days.
Is HoardX affiliated with Games Workshop / Wizards of the Coast / Ravensburger / etc.?
No. HoardX is an independent cataloging and marketplace tool. References to brand names are nominative fair use — we use them so you can catalog and trade items you own.
