Your hoard. Sorted.
Point your camera at a paint pot, mini, board game, or dice set. HoardX identifies it, files it in your hoard, and connects you with collectors who actually want to trade.

Three taps, one organized hoard
From a pile of paint pots to a searchable, shareable collection.
Scan
Snap a photo of any hobby item. Our AI returns the brand, line, color, edition, and finish in seconds. Works on paints, minis, board games, dice, puzzles, and tools.
Catalog
Tap to save. Browse by category, brand, or folder. Search by edition or part number. Organize however your brain wants — by army, by game, by drawer, by project.
Trade
Discover what other collectors have. Send offers, bundle items, DM before you commit. Built-in escrow holds funds until delivery confirms — buy and sell without the eBay drama.
The way you actually catalog
Not another spreadsheet. Not another Discord. A real app for the way collectors think.
AI-powered scans
Tap the camera, get structured item data back. Brand, line, color, finish, edition, piece count — all in seconds, no typing.
Folders & tags
Group items however you want — by army, by game, by drawer, by project. Tags layer on top so one item lives in many lists.
Discover & trade
Browse other collectors' hoards. Send offers, bundle items, DM. Mark items as for sale, trade-only, or private.
Built-in escrow
Funds held until carrier confirms delivery, plus a 7-day buyer protection window. Buy and sell with people you don't know — safely.
Shipping labels
One tap to buy a USPS label, generate a packing slip, and mark shipped. We handle the logistics so you handle the hobby.
Private by default
Your inventory is yours. Show what you want to show, keep the rest off the radar. No social pressure to post your shame pile.
See it in motion
The same screens you'll spend time in.

Trade like you actually know each other
Real marketplace, not a Discord swap.
Every transaction goes through built-in escrow. Funds sit in HoardX's account until the carrier marks delivered plus a 3-day inspection window — then payout. Disputes go through a structured process, not into a DM black hole.
Sellers get full payouts to their bank via Stripe Connect. Buyers get protection on every order. HoardX handles the plumbing, you handle the hobby.
- ✓ Escrow on every paid transaction
- ✓ Carrier tracking required for every shipment
- ✓ 7-day dispute window after delivery
- ✓ Verified seller payouts via Stripe
- ✓ Two-way ratings after each transaction

What does HoardX cost?
The app is free. You get 15 AI scans per month and unlimited cataloging on the free tier. HoardX Premium ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) gives unlimited scans, high-accuracy AI, and priority on new features. Scan Packs are one-time buys for occasional bigger sessions ($2.99 for 50, $9.99 for 250).
How accurate is the AI scan?
Very good on common items (Citadel, Army Painter, Vallejo paints; Warhammer minis; well-known board games). Decent on rare editions or worn labels. Every scan opens in an editable form before saving, so you can correct anything that's off. Premium uses a higher-accuracy model.
What if a buyer doesn't pay or a seller doesn't ship?
Buyers pay at the time of accepting an offer — funds go straight into escrow, so sellers can ship knowing they'll be paid. If a seller doesn't ship within 7 days, buyers can open a dispute and HoardX refunds the order. Each transaction is tracked end-to-end.
What hobbies are supported?
Paint pots and sets (Citadel, Army Painter, Vallejo, Reaper, etc.), miniatures (Warhammer, AoS, Bolt Action, historical wargaming), board games and expansions, jigsaw puzzles, polyhedral dice sets, hobby tools, and accessories. We expand the categories based on what users actually catalog.
Where does my data go?
Your inventory and photos stay on our backend (Supabase). Photos sent for AI scanning are forwarded to OpenAI then discarded — we don't keep them. Your photos in listings stay until you delete them. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Is HoardX affiliated with Games Workshop / Wizards / Ravensburger?
No. HoardX is independent. We use brand names to describe items in nominative fair use — so you can catalog and trade products you already own.
